Refunds for paid 4Camp Products and Service Plans

Version 1.2 | Effective date: October 12, 2026 | Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Policy explains refunds for paid 4Camp Products and Service Plans. It covers purchases from 4Camp, through a processor or agent collecting for 4Camp, or from an authorized reseller, channel partner, or merchant of record identified as seller (a “Third-Party Seller”). The Master License and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs 4Camp’s contractual remedies. A Third-Party Seller’s buyer terms and applicable law may provide additional rights.

General refund rule

Fees for the current Subscription Term are generally nonrefundable, except under Agreement Sections 5.4, 5.5, 8.4, or 9.3; an Order Form; an express grace-period offer; a Third-Party Seller’s buyer terms; or law. Canceling renewal prevents the next term but does not refund the current one. An annual plan is charged once for the year, even if advertised as an average monthly price.

Limited one time grace period offers

4Camp may, in its sole discretion, offer a limited, one-time cancellation and refund grace period for an initial paid Self-Service Plan purchase or qualifying Free or evaluation plan upgrade. The Online Order, Service Plan, or 4Camp’s written confirmation must expressly offer it and state or link to its duration, request method, amount, and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, it begins when the charge is completed. No standard period applies, and an offer does not automatically extend to renewals or later purchases.

A Customer that cancels within an offered period and meets its conditions receives the stated refund through the seller. After that period, Customer may prevent renewal under Agreement Section 5.1 but may not cancel the current paid term for convenience. Other rights under the Agreement, an Order Form, the seller’s buyer terms, or law remain available.

Requests and processing

For a grace-period request, use the stated method or contact legal@4camp.ai with the account, order, charge date, and reason. Send Product, warranty, discontinuance, or contract claims to 4Camp under the Agreement. Send a Third-Party Seller’s charge, tax, payment-reversal, or separate refund or withdrawal dispute to the seller identified at checkout or on the receipt. 4Camp decides whether its discretionary offer applies and coordinates any approved or Agreement-required refund. A Third-Party Seller processes refunds for its sales; 4Camp does not pay its merchant-of-record buyers directly. For 4Camp sales, 4Camp or its collection provider processes the refund.

Refund effects and policy updates

Agreement Section 3.5 governs 4Camp refund calculations, access after a refund, and credits already issued. The seller’s buyer terms and law govern transaction taxes, timing, method, and separate buyer rights. 4Camp may change this Policy for future purchases. The version current when 4Camp makes a grace-period offer applies to that purchase; later changes do not take away that offer or a refund already approved. Nothing here limits an Agreement or Order Form remedy, a seller’s buyer terms, or a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
