FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Choose the service plan that best fits your organization's AI goals today—and grow seamlessly as your needs evolve.
Can I change service plans as my needs grow?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your service plan at any time as your AI initiatives expand. Your workflows, AI assets, and business knowledge remain intact as you grow.
Which service plan is right for me?
- Free is ideal for learning enterprise AI and exploring CAMP.
- Starter is designed for independent professionals operationalizing AI solutions.
- Pro is built for power users and teams scaling reusable AI solutions.
- Enterprise is designed for organizations requiring advanced governance, private infrastructure, and business-critical support.
Do I need to provide my own AI models?
Not necessarily. Select plans may include platform-provided AI models and usage quotas. CAMP also supports hundreds of models through your own API keys and provider channels such as OpenRouter and AWS Bedrock, giving you flexibility without vendor lock-in. If your preferred model is not available, submit a support request to ask about adding it.
Does CAMP support the Model Context Protocol (MCP)?
MCP is a common way for AI agents and applications to share tools. CAMP agents can use MCP-enabled tools within workflows, while select plans can publish CAMP workflows—including browser automation—for use by other MCP-compatible agents and applications, with CAMP’s permissions and safeguards applied.
Can CAMP integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Every CAMP service plan includes workflow components for connecting supported applications, services, and data sources. Starter and higher plans add the ability to extend those integrations with custom endpoints, MCP services, governed actions, data transformations, and other reusable capabilities, subject to plan limits.
Can I build my own AI agents and workflows?
Absolutely. Every service plan allows you to build intelligent workflows and AI agents. Higher tiers expand your ability to create reusable AI assets, automate business processes, and scale AI across your organization.
What are Personas™?
Personas™ combine specialized roles, enterprise knowledge, tools, and behavioral guidance to perform specific business functions. Because personas are independent of the underlying AI model, they remain portable across virtually any leading AI model.
What are Context Packs™?
Context Packs™ package knowledge, integrations, AI Personas™, business rules, and intelligent automation assets into reusable building blocks and capabilities that can be shared across workflows and projects.
What are Spaces™?
Spaces™ gives AI agents a secure place to work with approved files, websites, and applications.
Desktop AI tools can inherit a user’s access, allowing mistakes or malicious instructions to expose data or perform unintended actions. Spaces™ protects users and organizations by limiting AI access to approved resources, shielding credentials and PII, isolating activity from personal devices, and requiring human approval for sensitive actions.
What is CAMP Counselor™?
CAMP Counselor™ is an AI project manager that transforms a project objective into a governed execution plan, assembling and coordinating teams of AI agents that securely collaborate using the appropriate tools and data while escalating to a human for review or approval when required.
Is CAMP designed for regulated industries?
Yes. CAMP was designed for organizations that require governance, security, auditability, and controlled access to enterprise data, making it well suited for financial services, healthcare, insurance, legal, government, and other regulated industries. Its governance-first architecture reflects decades of enterprise software experience serving highly regulated industries.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data remains under your organization’s control. CAMP works with your chosen AI providers and does not use your organizational data to train foundation models.
What support is included?
Support varies by service plan:
- Free: Community Support
- Starter: Standard Email Support
- Pro: Priority Email Support
- Enterprise: Business-Critical Support
Enterprise customers also receive a dedicated account representative with defined severity levels and service level agreements.
Does the free plan require a credit card?
No! The free plan requires no credit card and supports real work with CAMP’s core capabilities, subject to lower usage and feature limits. You only provide payment information when you’re ready to unlock the expanded capabilities of a paid plan.
How do billing, renewal, plan changes, cancellation, and refunds work?
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year. Account owners can manage routine billing, plan changes, payment details, and cancellations through secure self-service tools provided by CAMP and its payment processor. Eligible upgrades and added licenses may take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades, license reductions, and billing-period changes take effect at the next renewal. After cancellation, access continues through the paid term. Initial orders are refundable for any reason within 48 hours.
Need help with your plan or billing?
Most subscription changes, payment updates, cancellations, invoices, and eligible refunds can be handled through your secure self-service account. For plan-selection questions, Enterprise options, or help with an issue you cannot resolve online, contact sales@4camp.ai or support@4camp.ai.
What happens after I subscribe?
After signup is confirmed, CAMP creates your account, organization, and license, then emails the account owner instructions for activation. Once activated, the account owner can sign in, configure CAMP, and add users within the plan’s license limit.
